Fix my domain issue now

  Our site has been down for 49 days. Multiple posts to this support page have brought no resolutions. We switched to a new domain (bellevillenewtech.com) and have received no help from support. We want this problem resolved.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  bntparents.com expired 49 days ago.

  We switched to a new domain (bellevillenewtech.com) and have received no help from support.

  From the domain helper:

  bellevillenewtech.com is set as the primary domain for bntparents.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble with that domain. I removed that expired domain from the site and contacted the administrator who originally purchased that domain in case they have any other questions about it. (Domains and other upgrades are owned by the WordPress.com account that was used to purchase them, so only that administrator can make direct changes to them.)

  If you need to make any other changes to the domain or upgrades on that site, please have the administrator who purchased them contact us or email us at help@wordpress.com for more assistance.
