Hi there, for the WordPress.com sites you no longer want, start here while logged in:
Open the site you want to remove, then go to the site settings and use the Delete site option at the bottom. WordPress.com will stop you if that site still has active purchases, such as a Premium plan or domain name, so you may need to cancel or remove those first:

Before deleting, export anything you may want to keep.
For the two SiteGround sites, the best option is to reach out to their support so they can check why they aren’t loading:

Of course you need to be logged out of this account and logged into the correct account.

It seems you only set up the site recently and are now outside the refund window. What is not working as you expected here?
