Fjords, want to keep base widgets

  I am currently using the Fjords theme. I love the standard built in widgets. I want to add one or two, but anytime I add one, the standard ones disappear. I like the standard ones better because for instance the links widget on the standard is called “links” yet on the wordpress widget it is called “blogroll”.

  is there anyway around this?

  The title of the blogroll is determined by the category that you assign to your links.

  To change the title of the links widget, edit your links under manage > links and create and assign them to a “links” category category. That will change the title of the links (blogroll) widget to Links.
