Hi. I just purchased an e-commerce plan, then saw an email for 50% off the purchase price of the plan. I’d like to be refunded the 50% to the card I used to pay. Please let me know this will be done. I have done very little with the site and I would hate to have to cancel, then wait, just to purchase at the discount. That makes no sense and I would probably explore other platform options. Thanks so much for your help

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
