Flipping images

  Hi , everytime I upload a image or photo from my computer to my wordpress, it shows up on it’s side. I tried flipping the image up right, but it says :Could not load the preview image. Please reload the page and try again. Its been doing this for weeks now. How can I fix this issue? Thank you
