  why i cannot follow new reader in this time now,when i follow it ,you tell we are sorry try again to follow

  Hi there,

  It looks like following was disabled for your account a few months ago after our system detected behaviour consistent with automated following. The Follow feature is intended for following a reasonable number of sites you want to read in the WordPress.com Reader, and we have measures in place to prevent rapid bulk-following and automated following on sites.

  I have re-enabled following on your account, so you’ll now be able to follow sites again.
