    What exactly do you need help with?

    The WordPress.com follow button will automatically appear on any WordPress.com site that has two or more published posts.

    There is no writing helper tool that can help you write or finish writing a post. There is a section in the WP-Admin editor called the Writing Helper, but that only contains the Copy Post feature which allows you to use an already-published post as a template for creating a new post:
