Follow By Email widget has stopped sending emails

Hi. The Follow By Email widget seems to have stopped sending emails when I post new content. It was working up to the 20th February but my three most recent posts have not been emailed (I checked with other subscribers and they haven’t received emails either).
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

As timethief mentioned, could you provide a few usernames or email addresses for your subscribers who didn’t receive the email when you posted new content? That will help me investigate this for you. :)

Thanks for the response. I subscribe myself as a WordPress user. I used to receive all the emails but now don’t. The same goes for my colleague (email visible only to moderators and staff)

I checked the email address you mentioned, and that email address isn’t subscribed to any WordPress.com blogs. Is it possible your colleague used a different address to subscribe?
I also checked your account, and it looks like you subscribed to an individual post on your blog but not to the blog as a whole. You can subscribe to your blog by visiting it and clicking the “Follow” button in the dark grey admin bar at the top of the page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/following/#how-to-follow-blogs
