  Hi there, I can only add widgets to my footer for some reason. I would like the follow button at the top of my page.
  I would also like to add the follow button to each of my blog posts, am I able to do this?

  The theme you are using now only has a footer widget section, so there is no way to add a follow button to your header currently. We do have some themes that have a “sidebar” you can add widgets to, but for the current theme you have the footer is the only widget option.

  I would also like to add the follow button to each of my blog posts, am I able to do this?

  This can definitely be done. You can add the Subscription Form Block to any page or post on your site: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/subscription-form-block/

  Many site owners will add this block to every blog post, somewhere in the middle of the text of the post. I also see that this block is in use on your site homepage (below the blog posts) as well.
