Follower issue

    I’ve had 4 people with different email addresses follow me on my blog and I haven’t seen them show up as followers on my site. I know 2 emails didn’t get confirmation that they’re following either. I added all the info necessary on the widget tab of my site so I’m not sure what’s happening? Another follower did send their email address and it is showing up. Is there a delay for this or am I missing a step?
