Follower totals – Not picking up all social media accounts

    I have Twitter and Facebook connected to my blog. Until last week both were showing in the total number of followers. Now the Facebook followers have disappeared, both from the total, as well as the social number on the stats, and even from the publicize section. Posts are still being posted to Facebook from the WordPress blog, and I have tried disconnecting and connecting again. Any ideas on how to get Facebook followers to show again please?

    Hi there,

    Facebook has changed their system in how they send that information to us to display on your site, but we’ve already adjusted it on our end, and it should be showing correctly on your site again.

    If not, please clear your browser cache, then it should be back to normal again.
