  I see one total for followers under the stats (353), insights tab and another total that is completely different under the ‘Subscribe’ widget where is says, ‘join 618 other followers. Which is correct and how do I make them match?

  Hello there,

  Happy to help you with this.

  I see one total for followers under the stats (353)

  This total is the number of followers in the physical site, found via Users > Followers.

  The additional number under Subscribe takes into account any publicize connections that may be in place (LinkedIn, Facebook…etc), plus any email subscribers too.
