Followers are not getting new post notifications

  I have a handful of followers who have signed up for notification of new posts. This does not seem to be working. Any help most welcome. I am only on a basic plan. Is this why or are my settings wrong? I have very little tech knowledge so will need simple terms please!

  What are one or two of the email addresses who have not received your new posts?

  If you write them here normally, they’ll be hidden from all but staff.

  Hi there,

  None of your followers will be able to receive any updates as you haven’t published any posts.

  To explain that a bit more. You have created a page titled Blog and you’re editing that page to add new posts. This is not how blog posting works. You need to create individual posts for your followers to be notified.
