Followers not receiving email notifications

  My followers do not receive email notifications, even though they have followed me and selected the frequency they want to be emailed. How do I resolve this?

  Hi there,

  Can you give me the usernames or email addresses of some of the followers who aren’t receiving your email notifications? I can use those details to investigate this for you.

  (If you write out the email addresses in your reply, our forum software will hide them from everyone except staff, to keep them private.)

  Thank you for your response. I figured out the problem: I was posting on my pages, updating them, instead of posting new “posts.” Is there a way to categorize those posts so that they can be viewed in the tabs, not the Archives? Thanks!

  Ah, I’m glad you were able to sort that out. :) You can definitely categorize your posts so they show up on different pages — it’ll just take a little change to the pages in your site’s menu.

  Instead of using regular pages, you can set up category pages to categorize your posts. We have a Category Pages guide that walks through the steps to set those up.

  Once those pages are set up, all you need to do is add a category to each of your posts and the post will automatically appear on that category’s page. If you have any questions about that, please let me know!
