Following up on account log in issues – got no response to my previous post here

Hello! I am following upon the post I made here over 2 days ago – on June 7 at 4:21pm (“Login broken – need human agent assistance!”). It stated: after trying to log in with the usual email and password, it keeps offering to send email with a link to access account, but once we click on the link, it loops back to the log in page. In the meantime, we keep receiving texts with codes to log in – but there is no space given to us on the website to enter the code.
On the same day at 7:19pm there was a response in the thread that a staff will investigate it. Then we were instructed to email help@wordpress.com which we did – getting a reply yesterday June 8 at 9:44 am that “One of our Happiness Engineers will be back in touch within 24 hours.” However, it has been over 31 hour already and no one has got in touch with us yet. Can someone let us know please what’s the reason and how to speed up the resolution? Thank you!
