  I am trying to add an assortment of follow button to my sidebar. I found this tutorial..http://wordpress.org/plugins/addthis-follow/installation/ but do not know how to execute this. I can not find an option to add this plug in

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s a WordPress>ORG tutorial and it doesn’t apply to you free hosted WordPress.COM blog. Read the comparison here please so you know there is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  This official support documentation for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs is the only documentation that does apply to your blog http://support.wordpress.com

  There is none. Plugins are for WordPress.org blogs, not WordPress.com blogs.

  Tell us what it does and we can tell you how to do it.
