I am currently trying to change the font color in the sidebar widgets, and I have tried the user guides, to no avail. thank you for your help in advance

To clarify, we do not see any sites under your @thedevilspromise WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
To help with your issue we would actually need to look at the site, so it does not help us to know where you have your domain registered. We actually need to know the URL of the site itself so we can take a look.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
