I am very new to this web creation but it seems the css is where i need to do most of my customisation.. Could i ask a few things how do i change font colours and size on my pages ? Also i would like to make the “newsletter connect” form on my front page smaller and spacing smaller also.
Silly question here but i put some css codes into the box and saved but nothing happened – sorry but very new to this css stuff.thanks

Not a silly question. :-) When you switch themes, your custom CSS is erased, since most CSS is theme-specific and won’t be relevant to your new theme. So when you switched from Twenty Fourteen to Arcade, that’s what happened. Try clicking on the revisions link at the top right of your CSS editor and you’ll see your old CSS there, in case you’d like to refer back to it:

You can change fonts and sizes in the Customizer, under the Fonts tab, and change some colours in the Customizer, under the Colors tab.
