Font issues with spacing and sizing

  I am often having problems when I upload or paste in new information into existing pages. IE I am trying to update my CV and Biography and the formating changes in that before the lines were running directly under each other now there is a big space between (when you read the film and TV section of my CV under CV & Biography page. there is no font section to change the spacing nor the size. Also I pasted in a my updated Biography and half of it comes in around 9 pt and the rest 12pt. I don’t know why I redid it many times and still it is incorrect. Can you please help me I have spent so many hours on this now and I can’t continue. thanks Dianne

  Specifically, where are you pasting from? There are known formatting issues when pasting from word processors, as they use proprietary formatting which we can’t translate.
