  How do I change the font size of all my pages?

  Hi there, if you choose custom fonts at Customize > Fonts, you have the ability to change the text size for Headings and for the Base text used in posts and pages.

  If you are wanting more control over font size, then it would require custom CSS and that is a feature of the WordPress.com Premium and Business plans.
