Font size of post headings

    I am wondering if it is possible for me to decrease the size of the font of the titles of my posts. I am currently using the twenty thirteen theme and it is looking too bulky.
    If this involves purchasing Custom Design, is that something I could buy one time that would allow me to make permanent changes to the blog’s appearance, or would I have to purchase it every year to keep the changes?
    Also, if there is another theme that you would recommend that is less clunky, that would be great. Thanks so much!

    You would need the Custom Design upgrade, and to renew it every year.
