Fonts are not saving

    I purchased custom design for my site, so that I’d be able to use custom fonts. I’d like to use Open Sans. So, when I go to the Customize page for my theme, Kelly, I choose Open Sans. I save the changes, and close the customization page. However, when I go to a normal view of the page, the font has changed. This only happens for body text, not headers.

    When I go back into customize, the font changes back to Open Sans, which is what I want. But, again, when I leave the customize menu, the font reverts back to something else. This is true regardless of what font I save the body text as.

    I tried the troubleshooting tips – refreshing my browser, clearing cache, etc. This is an issue from other browsers and other computers, as well. The font that shows up on each device is the one that I do not want.

    Just wondering how I can fix this issue. Thank you for your help!

    Hi there!

    I just did some testing with the Kelly theme and it looks like your site is displaying the Open Sans font correctly. The easiest way to tell is by the capital J in the date of your most recent post. In the Open Sans font, the J extends past the bottom of the other letters and in the default font it does not.

    Are you still having issues with this?
