Footer help
-
I am lost at what to do. I created this site through the wordpress site and I can’t seem to delete to footer. I don’t have access on the menu bar to appearances > edit or plugins. How do I get that? I haven’t purchased anything yet besides the url I want to use though godaddy.com, but I haven’t connected it. Is there a step I’m missing? I don’t want to upgrade only to realize I’ll have wordpress at the bottom of my site. If that’s the case, I don’t want it
This is my site below. Help!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The footer credit is required to be displayed according to our terms of service:
Note that even sites hosted through our VIP program, such as the TED blog, display a credit to WordPress.com in the footer. (See the bottom of http://blog.ted.com/ for an example)
Let us know if you have any additional questions about this.

While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/
What feature are you looking to add with a plugin?
