The problem is for this account : “cgs4ias.in” / “cgs4ias.wordpress.com”
I’m not receiving the sms to my registered mobile anymore. Back up code are not working. Recovery code are also not received. I’m just stucked up. Tried the reset password form also. But end in the same 2nd step failure (i.e) not receiving your sms to my registered mobile.
I need a resolution very urgently so that i could log in into my account.
The issue is not with password. It is with your authentication system’s failure to send the sms.
