There are no cpaital letters in any URL ever.
If you already own a domain name and wish to purchase a domain mapping upgrade from WordPress.com then you can map an existing domain. See:

If you registered a domain name, spelling errors can’t be corrected but the registration will need to be canceled if you are inside the 48 hour refund window and the money refunded and you can register the correct spelling. However the Staff will need some very specific instructions.
Exactly what is the domain name you appear to not like the spelling? The staff will only cancel and refund a domain name registration with very specific directions as it can take up to 60 days for a domain name to revert back to the wild where someone else could grab the name and take it away from you.
I will flag this for staff attention on the theory you will fill in the blanks the staff need to help you.

Also note that although no domain name URL contains capital letters you can change your Blog Title at any time on this page > Settings > General and on the Twenty Ten theme you can type the Blog Title in capital letters on the blog linked to your username.
