  The fact that you’re able to post here in the forums means you are already logged into the account. As such, you should be able to change your email address at https://wordpress.com/me/account/, and the password at https://wordpress.com/me/security/

  If you’re speaking of a different account, please provide the site address and username, and we can take a look.
