forgot password/email forwarding problem

  I forgot the password and username for my wordpress’ business email.

  This is a problem because the wordpress won’t forward any change of address stuff to gmail because gmail produces the error message ‘account disabled’.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The only email service we offer on WordPress.com is Google’s G Suite email, and your account has never owned any G Suite upgrades with us.

  What is the email you’re having trouble with? Type the address on its own line and it will be hidden automatically so only staff can see it.

  (email visible only to moderators and staff) won’t forward to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Gmail reports (email visible only to moderators and staff) as disabled. username and password changes forward to ben@ email that I cannot retrieve.

  We don’t have any accounts with that first email address, only the account you’re currently logged into with the Gmail address.

  What is the URL of the site you’d like to access?
