Forgot password & email

Losing access to both your password and your recovery email can feel like a dead end, but account recovery is still possible! Since automated resets won’t work without access to the registered email, WordPress.com requires manual proof of site ownership for security. You will need to go through the official Account Recovery process and submit proof of ownership—such as a transaction ID from a paid plan, a receipt, or domain registration records. I have flagged this thread for Staff / Happiness Engineers so they can guide you to the secure Account Recovery form and help you verify ownership safely!

Hi there,
“we forgot the domain password & reset email as well”
Thank you so much for reaching out! We don’t discuss account recovery on forums because it involves private information and we want to keep it safe and sound, so please do not share any of your private information here. But we can certainly assist! Since you have lost your email credentials linked to your domain please fill out this form with as much information as you can to regain access to the account.
Once you have submitted the form, we will reach out to you with a response or request for additional information. After we review the proof verifying you are the account owner, we will help you reset your password and regain access to your WordPress.com account.
If there’s anything else we can do for you, don’t hesitate to contact us back. We’re always happy to help!
