  Losing access to both your password and your recovery email can feel like a dead end, but account recovery is still possible! Since automated resets won’t work without access to the registered email, WordPress.com requires manual proof of site ownership for security. You will need to go through the official Account Recovery process and submit proof of ownership—such as a transaction ID from a paid plan, a receipt, or domain registration records.
