Forgot to renew site

    Hi, I forgot to renew my site and I want to recover it. Today was the last day. I am looking a way to pay but I cannot find something relevant and I did not have my card saved inside the site. How can I overcome this issue?

    Hi,

    There are no sites under your account; it sounds like you have logged in to an incorrect one. What is the address of the site you’re trying to renew?

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    The good news is that the upgrades to https://pramantiotesattikis.gr/ do not expire until 2021-01-09. We alert users (and attempt to renew) 30 days prior to expiration to eliminate any risk of a website being down due to payment issues such as this.

    So, you’ll need to access that second account, if you do not have access to it, here are a few options:

    Hi,
    I am able to login. I did not have any problem with logins, old/new passwords etc. My problem is that I cannot handle my site via wordpress. For example, if I want to upload a photo, I cannot upload any. If I go to the label “My site” (in the left corner), I get a message “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.”, while until some days ago I had. I had to pay on 10th December 2020 to renew it, but I forgot it. If I go to the link “Why I was charged” and completed the fields about 2019’s receipt, the message is “Found it” and it redirects me to the site where it finally says “No receipts found”. Anyway, I have this receipt but it is from last year (2th December 2019 until 2nd December 2020).
    To sum up:
    1. the user is pramantiwtesattikis and is able to login.
    2. this user made the last transaction on 2nd December 2019.
    3. this user as I referred previously is able to login BUT cannot handle his site.
    4. Please give rights to this user (pramantiwtesattikis) in order to handle his site because now it is orphan. In this way, he will be able to pay for this year (2nd December 2020 – 2nd December 2021).

    It looks like you’re not logging in with that username. You’re logged in as @pramantiwtesattikis040118 and that’s why you don’t see your site.
