Forgotten password

This is my second wordpress account. I have forgotten the password for my previous account and apparently didn’t have my email address or mobile number connected to it (because of the reset password options have been possible)- I can’t find any emails in my email account from wordpress, from when I set it up, so I cannot find an activation key. Also I do not have the same bank account as when I set up the wordpress account before, so have no proof of transactions. Because of these things, the support I could receive from the online support form was useless (don’t think my problem was understood). Anyway, if I can’t log in to my old wordpress account then I cannot update my website so am wasting lots of money on a domain that I don’t want to share with anyone because it’s no longer accurate. It’s my artist website so it’s vital that I can get access to it again (otherwise I will need to start from scratch!). Help please!!!
