Forgotten password and admin login page

    Im working with Thrive apprentice, which, unfortunately, doesn’t have its own password reset functionality.

    At the moment, if a customer does a password reset from the bespoke thrive registration form, they are sent a standard WP system email (have found a plugin to edit this thankfully) but they are sent to the admin reset password lander/ form. The issue is, it tells you to type in a new password or username but there is NO field to do this…the form is unusable.

    Now I’m finding when I try to login as an admin, again, NO field to enter my password or email. It’s infuriating me and I can’t find a resolution. Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Hi! This is a great question. I’ve not used Thrive personally, and generally most of the folks in this forum will not have either.
