Forgotten passwords.

I need to find someone in my area who can help Me with this website.
I don’t know the passwords or how to get into the body of it.
Basically, we are not very technical. We did have someone who did it for us once, but she is not around anymore.
Hopefully we will go back to work soon, and need to direct brides to our site.
Sorry it’s a bit long winded, but we need help please.
