  Hi,

  I am looking for a plugin that will enable me to chose between two options, once chosen a different form will be shown to be filled for whatever option is chosen.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is not possible on a free wordpress.com site. If you want to use plugins, uyou must upgrade to the Business Plan.
