Form Entries

    Hi! I started this website a little while ago and I haven’t been able to see my form entries, I switched to a pro account but every time I try to look at them, it tells me to upgrade to pro still, how can I fix this?

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there,

    We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com (Hostgator uses a different version of the WordPress platform) and we don’t have access to your server files.

    However, from examining your site it looks like you are using the WPForms plugin. We are not familiar with how this plugin works (we do not offer WPForms on WordPress.com, which is my other clue you are not hosted with us) but you can find help from their support department here: https://wpforms.com/contact/
