Form Not Showing

  The new form is not showing up on the site. It still shows the standard wordpress comment system. I would like the new one. http://musedmagonline.com

  Have you enabled Jetpack Comments from the Jetpack section of your blog’s Dashboard?

  Yes. I am thinking it’s the html I am using because the new JetPack doesn’t replace it.

  If you temporarily switch to the Twenty Eleven theme, does the Jetpack comments form appear for you?

  It works when I change it to Twenty Eleven theme but not on the theme I have up now.

  Ok, so it’s definitely a problem with the theme you’re using.

  What is the name of your theme, and is it available for free? If it was a custom job, or a premium theme, I recommend contacting the developer of the theme to work out a fix.

  The form is showing now but the replies aren’t being nested. Is there a code I have to edit to get the replies under the comments?

  Nested replies are controlled by the theme, not our comment form. I recommend contacting your theme’s designed to get nested comments added to your theme.

  Thanks! I got the new comment form. However, is there a code that needs to be updated in the comment or theme section? Everything works except the grouping of comments.

  Yes, nesting comments is controlled by the theme code. You’ll need to get your theme’s designed to fix that up.
