Form Response Getting Sent To Wrong Email Address

    Hi there,

    I’m having a problem with a form on my website. When a visitor fills out a certain form the inquiry goes to an old email inbox that we had used in the past. I updated the ‘Email’ in the ‘Contact Form Settings’ to our new email but for some reason, it’s still going to our old one. I tried putting in my personal email address and it sent correctly to that email but when I put in our business email (a GSuite email) it goes back to our old address. Any ideas what might be going on? Thanks!

    What is the email you want in the contact form? I would be happy to check on this for you. No worries about sharing the email in the forums, it is redacted from everyone’s view except staff.
