Form Response To Email
-
Trying to make my form response sent to my email. Below are the instructions from the AI support assistant, however it’s not clear enough to me. I click on “Jetpack-Forms”, it brings up a list of changes I’ve made, etc, BUT, I don’t see anywhere, “Email Settings” or “Form Notifications”. What am I not seeing? Thanks in advance.

You find all you need to know at https://jetpack.com/resources/where-do-wordpress-form-submissions-go/

Hi there,
The Jetpack → Forms screen is mainly for viewing and managing form submissions. The email notification setting is found in the editor for the form itself.
Please try these steps:
- Open the page or post where the form appears in the Editor.
- Open List View using the icon with three horizontal lines near the top-left of the editor.
- Select the main Form block, not one of the individual fields inside it.
- In the settings sidebar on the right, open
Form notifications. - Make sure Send responses to email is turned on.
- Add the email address where you want responses sent, then save the page.
By default, form responses are sent to the email address on your WordPress.com account, but you can change it there.
You can find more information about this here: https://wordpress.com/support/forms/create-a-form/#receive-email-notifications
