  My forms are not working. I linked my g-suite account and the test email work, but not the forms. My admin email is different than my g-suite email. How can I fix this?

  yes, its antidotehealth.io

  I currently am using a different email other than my admin email in my sent to category within the WP forms. In the from to category I am using the same email that is other than my admin email.

  Does this matter? I want to use the other email because that is my gsuite business email.

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
