  i added a form block where it asks for email phone and opinion. how do i get these sent to my email ?

  Hi there,

  You are referring to the contact form here? https://w33bygirl.wordpress.com/contact/

  By default it sends a message (when someone completes the form) to your account email. i.e. the one you set here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/

  If you wish you can change the email address the form sends messages to by editing your block settings.

  

  As a backup (in case there are any mail delivery issues) we save a copy of form responses here as well.
