Forms suddenly not working : URGENT

Hi, I have a website that I manage at the provided url and I updated to WP version 5.8.1 today. Well, that made the registration form managed through Fluent Forms suddenly not work. When you hit submit on this form, it doesn’t trigger any action. I messaged fluent forms about this but I need to exhaust all efforts because we are only a few weeks out from the conference and people are trying to register currently. I tried everything to troubleshoot, including downgrading to WP 5.8, but nothing is working. HELP!

If you don’t hear from Fluent Form and you need to insert a different form on your site, you can consider Jetpack Forms that comes with the Jetpack plugin.
