Forum theme or template

  Hello,

  There are so many themes and templates that I have a hard time going through them all. I’m looking for something that looks like https://www.worldwaterforum.org/en
  with language options (bilingual: French and English) and with the possibility of paying online for a fundraising campaign.

  If anyone has any idea to guide me, I would greatly appreciate it.

  Hi there,

  What site are you working on? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites.

  You should be able to create a layout similar to the page you link to using any of our block editor themes – those are the first themes you see listed if you visit https://wordpress.com/themes/

  Online payments and multi-language options have nothing to do with the theme, though. Functionality like that is added to a site using plugins, and using those on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan.
