  I have an account on your website, and I’m trying to add a fourth category from the menu bar. But I can’t, do you know what the problem would be?

  Hi there,

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

  If you’re referring to adding a category page to the site menu, you need to have a post published in the category before the new category will be listed in the custom menu interface.
