Fraud and misleading ‘Subscription’ on my blog
-
Hi
Our blog, entrancingly.wordpress.com is inaccessible as the username and password were lost. Suddenly the considerable number of followers were deleted and a new ‘Subscribe’ button was added to my new email that I opened after the blog was blocked.
Actually no one have access to this blog and the newly added Subscribe button is useless and may well be illegal. Please take this instruction seriously, remove this Subscription request from my blog immediately because it has been connected by someone to my new email that wasn’t there when the blog was blocked! I have strong reasons to believe this is a fraudulent addition to the blog.
You do understand this blog doesn’t belong to you and you have no right to divert its traffic any where.
I have recently closed my personal website with your esteemed company due to security reasons. Now my blog is fraudulently connected to webpages with which I have no connection whatsoever. I reported this to the Cyber Crime Dept. and I expect they will deal with it soon. In the mean time you are requested to remove the newly added subscription button and pages to avoid a Cyber Crime case against you.

Your blog hasn’t been blocked as it is still online.
You are simply logged in to the wrong account. You are logged in as jackesifri as that site is connected to https://wordpress.com/forums/users/pamsifri/ Did you know it’s very easy to restore access to that site? You find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

Only the owner of a site can see the number of subscribers. But as you aren’t logged in to the account owning that site, you can’t see the number of subscribers. So your claim “Suddenly the considerable number of followers were deleted” has no grounds as you aren’t logged in to the account owning that site.
What newly added pages are you talking about as that site has been dormant sinds 2018 and it has only 2 pages: your blogposts on the front page and an about page.
Regarding the Subscribe button, when you visit a site that’s not yours (as in your case), a “Subscribe” button appears in the bottom right-hand corner of all sites with two or more published blog posts – https://wordpress.com/support/subscribe-to-blogs/#subscribe-to-a-blog-on-wordpress-com
