fraud charge for website

  My acct was recently charged $117 for a site with which I have no ownership. The website is michelleswebturoring.com. I’m not sure how it got associated with my email address.

  That transaction was actually a renewal. The original purchase was from 2016-05-16 . It is under a different user account though. Do you have an emailed receipt from us? Please check all email addresses that you’ve used. When you find it, log in to WordPress.com with that email address and write back to me here. We can’t cancel anything or process a refund until we hear from that account.
