  There is a site created by WordPress that I can’t access and needs to be taken down

  I am having trouble with a fraudulent site, below is the information I was able to find in regards to this site. I did have a company name (dexterous media group) begin to build a website for our company and they failed to deliver after months, so we terminated our contract. But then I noticed this site when I launched our new site (bestfreewebsitegraphics.com). It coincidentally has the same images the web designer we terminated was using on the home page and also had some text of a rough draft of our about page which only they had access to as well. Here is the a link (https://olympus.dexterous.website/HOME-2/) they sent me when I was working with them to review their work, I still have access strangely enough. You can see the home page image is the same as the bestfreewebsitegraphics.com. I reach out to them, but they seem to know nothing about it? Please advise as this interferes with our placing when searching our website.

  That site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
