Fraudulent website powered by WordPress

I have recently been scammed by a fraudulent site that says powered by WordPress at the bottom. You can search for the site online and find that it is well known to be fraudulent. If it is in fact powered by WordPress is there anything that can be done to have it shut down. I’m unsure how a fraud site like this can still be so easily available after so many complaints. The site is called oakwoodbarrels.com. Any feedback or suggestions on how to report this or who to report this to would be appreciated. I am just wanting to help keep people from being scammed like I was.

“Powered by WordPress” means the site is using the WordPress.org free software. The site is hosted elsewhere (Hostinger) and not here at WordPress.com. This WordPress.com support document https://en.support.wordpress.com/report-blogs/ says:
We have no control over self-hosted sites built using free WordPress software which may mention “Powered by WordPress.org” or something similar. Those sites use the open source WordPress software and aren’t hosted by us, so you should contact the appropriate web host with complaints.
