  Hi I’m trying to set up a WordPress.com account to run Jetpack for my WordPress.org hosted site. How to do this without transferring / mapping the domain?

  Good morning –

  You have a WordPress.com account already set up, with username anneyp543 .

  WordPress.com does not need to host your site. You just need the account to connect the Jetpack plugin to your self hosted site.

  Go ahead and install the Jetpack plugin on your site and see how that goes. If you have issues come back and let me know.
