free domain name with value bundle purchase

  we purchased a Value Bundle for Choose Chattanooga and thought we got a free domain name but I don’t see how to order it. We want to buy [domain removed for safety]

  Hi there – are you referring to the site choosechattanooga.wordpress.com? If so, it looks like you’ve already mapped the domain choosechattanooga.us using your Value Bundle domain credit. (The domain is not yet fully mapped to your WordPress site because the name servers are not currently pointing to WordPress.com.)

  If you’d like, I can cancel the domain mapping for choosechattanooga.us and restore your domain credit so you can purchase a new domain. If that’s the case, just let me know and I’ll take care of it for you.

  Then, when you’re ready to purchase the new domain, please be sure to have the same user who purchased the Value Bundle log into their account to add the new domain, to avoid confusion. The bundle was purchased by a different user than new2chatt.
