  I received an e-newsletter from you indicating access to WordPress’ free media library. My site doesn’t show any links to a free media library as explained in your video. How do I access this free image media library?

  That is a feature available for sites hosted on WordPress.com, but your account doesn’t own any sites with us – your account was only created yesterday.
