    Enter the free amount and immediately it goes to a $99 annual fee and then it states it will renew auto in 11 months not in the 12th month.

    Auto renewals for upgrades are processed 1 month before expiration date (11 months after the initial purchase date). This is to make sure that the renewal goes through successfully and give users a chance to fix anything that goes wrong with the payment (expired credit card for example). However, it is important to remember that the expiration date stays the same (one year from the purchase date). We aren’t charging you for 12 months and only giving you 11.
